A promising day, after the first early shower was over.
A decision was made that we will leave York tomorrow (Thursday). A phone call to the lock keeper at Naburn Locks to find the appropriate time for us to arrive, to go down the lock, we need to be there for going out at 12.30 p.m.
A final nip round York to do the last minute shopping!!
In the evening we joined Carolann and Graham for drinks on Autumn Years, also there were Mike and Sally, our new friends off N.B. October House, . A very good evening was had by all, exchanging boating stories and experiences, with some food and drinks.
