We set off at 9.30 am. on a cloudy morning.
We were heading for Bugworth Basin today we stopped at Marple to post a newspaper full of pictures etc. of The Wedding.
Then we turned of the Macclefield Canal and on to the Peak Forest Canal, and headed south east to get to Tesco's for shopping and then on to Bugworth. Fantastic views as the canal hangs on to the side of some very high hills (more pictures will be on tomorrows blog, as I was videoing
today)
It started to rain at 4.30 ish, how strange it was to feel wet from the sky!
