I went off in the car and collected our prescriptions from the doctors in Kibworth, on to Tim's for post then back to the boat.

Lunch.

Filled the boat with water winded and set off south east to Laughton Hills an hour down the cut.

Moored in on a lovely mooring with open views towards Husbands Bosworth and beyond.

Hot sunshine, we were treated to an aerial display from a pair of Red Kites, not once but continuously while we sat out.
